The single best punch I've seen is either Robinson left hooking Fullmer or Hearns right handing Schuler.

Hearns right hand to starch Duran is my favourite. Others I like are Don Curry left hook against Milton McCrory, Mike McCallum's left hook to KO Don Curry, Tyson's uppercut to deck Ribalta.

There are so many, those are just the first ones that came to me.

Gonzalez's lead left hook that caught Mares was more impressive

There are so many but most recently, it has to be Gonzalez's left hook on Mares.

I have been dying to see the punch Rico Ramos landed on Carlos Velasquez this past weekend though. I heard it was "horrific". Never heard a punch described like that before.
