The only way they were going to bring Burns to the US would be for a huge payday against someone like an Adrien Broner or maybe a Crawford as he seems to be getting tv backing.
Not for Raymundo Beltran - a journeyman sparring partner who no one cares about.
Yeah it's a shame but it's the reality.
And why would Burns people put them against those guys, if Burns failed miserably against Beltran how do you think he would do against those 2 beast?
It would be like taking the sheep to the butcher shop.
In essence, Burns has shown that he is not world class fighter and his people know this. That even a fight against Beltran in the US is not tempting enough for them to make a move to the US.
Because if Burns is as good as they claim, he should be able to beat Beltran, but instead he got whooping and the only way to salvage him was to rob Beltran.

Doesn't matter if he lost, the money would be too good to turn down in those fights. Those are the only kind of fights Burns would need to go to the US for.
There's no money in fighting Beltran in the US.

As for Ricky himself, he would fight Beltran (or anyone else for that matter) anywhere, because he is a fighting man.
I don't blame Beltran's team for not wanting to come over again, but if they want a big fight they might not have a choice.
Also, Beltran looked OK against a man with a broken jaw for 10 rounds. He still couldn't put him away. Assuming Ricky makes a full recovery, he will beat the brakes off Beltran.

The real reason Burns is not going to the US is not financial. The reason is that Burn's handlers are not confident he can win a fight against a good opponent in the US if the playing field is level.
They need that hometown advantage to win fights.
You keep saying Broner and Crawford would urge them to go to the US, and I am telling you Broner I don't even think is making 7 figures yet, and forget about Crawford- Crawford is lucky to make 250k on his fights. So, where is this huge financial gain Burns would make from fighting Broner or Crawford?

You know why 4 people would show up in the US? Two club fighters that's why. In UK it's big news, the Rickster.... LMAO....
