It's so obvious Soli's heart isn't really in the sport anymore, he even fights like he doesn't care.

after the knee injury it took him 18 months to fully recover. he hasn't fought 3 times in a year since 2009. he got 20 rounds in fighting a couple journeymen & now he will step up to a C+ fringe contender to close out the year. he will make his push in 2014. he has a regional belt & a win over Lawrence doesn't hurt him any & we also get to see where Lawrence sits in the division. I think he is going to be in the mix next year & it starts with Lawrence. I don't ever expect him to be in great shape but if he is ever under 245 it will be a good sign in my opinion.
