    A super champ is when someone holds another title with the WBA title. So yes, there are 2 WBA super champs at 154, it doesnt get any worse then that

        but cotto only held the super title yuri only had the super title and no other belt lol. yeah its confusing and bs. just to justify 2 sanctioning fees.
