On Episode 3 last night, they stated that they NEVER said anything about a catch-weight of 152 or such. Basically that team Mayweather requested it.
Now we all have seen the thread of Canelo stating they would come down to 152 or 151 for the fight.

So is this basically them stating that don't believe everything you see on BoxingScene?

That offer was two years ago, Floyd passed it up to fight someone else in 2011.
Floyd is the one who wanted the catchweight now, during negotiations in 2013.

Canelo said that was the ONE thing Floyd was crying about, he wanted a catchweight.

I won't do your homework for you. Can you show anything in 2013 where Canelo and his team offered a catchweight of 152 to Mayweather? No, you can't because he never did.He took the 152 catchweight because he had no choice if he was to get the fight. Can you show me where team Mayweather offered Canelo a fight at 154 and Canelo said he would rather fight at a catchweight of 152? Team Mayweather started the negotiation for this fight at 147 and that's a fact. Mayweather was never going to fight Canelo at 154 and he never offered to do so and that's a fact.
