Garica is going to beat Matthysse and it will not be as competitive as most think. Garcia has excellent timing, is patient and doesn't fold under pressure. In order to beat a fighter like Matthysse you have be able to adjust in the ring. Matthysse is dangerous but his punch is his biggest asset going into this fight. He has some skills but always said Danny is the better of the two when it comes to timing and counter punching. Since day one I picked Danny Garcia and am sticking with my prediction of Garcia winning.

I just don't see Matthysse being fast enough and that left hook of Danny's will connect when Matthysse lunges in. Matthysse is going to try and muscle Garcia but it won't work. Take away a fighters power and he has to find other ways to win. If Danny can take Matthysse punch away then the fight will not be hard. If Matthysse wins then I will give him his full props like I always do fighters I pick wrong against but have a feeling Danny is going to shock a lot of naysayers.
