Question when he was 153 at the weigh in against Trout 4 pounds lighter than he is in this picture did he look "drained" then? And that fight happen in April so a few months back.

And if so how come "NOBODY" said Canelo was drained when he weighed 153??
Can anybody answer my questions!! I think not

He has 5 pounds to make 152... And can rehydrate to whatever he wants! Maybe 168 or higher. People stop complaining because you know what is about to happen. A boxing lesson...

And you cry babies who are crying will be on here crying again next week. And I will be here rubbing that shyt in too!

And if you are complaining about the "weight" which Canelo will have a 10 pound plus advantage anyway. Than don't watch the fight.
You can't say anything because Floyd gave them the ammunition bro. All he had to do was agree to the fight and let it be at 154. Simple! He didn't do that though and being that Ellerbe was on record saying that two pounds is indeed a lot for a fighter to lose, you gotta know there's gonna be serious backlash coming TMT's way.

One more week plus dehydration before he gets on the scales and the weight shouldn't be a problem at all.

At this point Canelo looks normal to me. He does not have that sunken look and his energy comes through his eyes which is a good sign. But Floyd still should have let Canelo come in at 154 and then capped his ring entrance weight or same day weight which would have been a better approach to take.

I'm surprised he's this light with a whole week to go and he hasn't even dehydrated yet. He should be ok if he doesn't look like a zombie after the next 5+ lbs-- which I seriously doubt.

I have my reservations about Canelo's stamina. He doesn't strike me as the type who can (or wants to) fight every minute of every round, and if he wants to give himself the best chance of winning, I think he'll have to. However, I think he'll continue to fight like he's been fighting: spurts of pressure/explosiveness and then reverting back to counter-punching. He'll barely land anything flush and will have to go for the KO. Guerrero fell into the trap of trying to counter Floyd and wasn't able to make anything happen. Canelo could probably hurt Floyd with a counter, but he can't count on that.

Essentially, Canelo has a puncher's chance.
