Cotto isn't the same fighter anymore. though I would ride with cotto. I think canelo is too big and strong for him. Canelo is gonna have to pressure and at times step back and box Floyd. He needs to stay patient and wear down the body. I think that's the only way he can win. Once Floyd gets in a rhythm it's over. Gotta keep Floyd guessing.

Going back to topic Canelo can try and imitate Cotto all he wants, its not going to work he is not the same fighter as Cotto. He can't change his style from one fight tothe next, not happening.

there were people that said Cotto won, on forums everywhere. People who heard about the fight and never watched it were saying they heard Cotto did well or should have won.I heard and read a lot of this before I saw the fight


My Puerto Rican friends were acting like Cotto got robbed. I was at work so I couldnt watch the fight live. When I finally did watch it a few days later...I scored it 9 rounds to 3....it wasnt even close. A lot of the rounds were competitive and I commend Cotto for the effort but he clearly lost rounds he was competitive in as well.

Mattyhssee lost two close fights...he didnt get robbed. Most times when a fighter scores a kd in a fight, especially to someone that doesnt score the fight thinks the fighter that scored the kd won. Judah landed better shots, showed better defense and clearly beat Lucas....The Alexander fight was closer but outside the kd and a few close rounds, Alexander was making Lucas look foolish at times.
