If Mattyssee is so great at cutting off the ring why did he let Judah and Alexander off the hook? Cause he isnt that great at cutting off the ring. Peterson has decent lateral movement but he was wild when swinging, when they were flat footed and exchanging is when he did damage. Alexander had him looking like a wild man....Judah who was past prime outmanuvered him easy.

Ginger is studying the wrong fight. Zab Judah actually gave him the most trouble outside of the first Castillo fight and DLH. Judah won the first five rounds and the last round, plus he knocked Money down even though it wasruled a slip. But then a again Judah was one of few fighters that were faster than Money so there is no chance that Canelo can imitate his performance.

How the hell is Canelo better than Cotto and he only has one win over a top ten opponent?

Cotto was a real top guy at 147 for years and won a trinket at 140. Has beaten a slew of good fighters. He May not be in his prime but had he fought Canelo instead of Trout who was too lengthy, big, for Cotto, I think Cotto would have won.

Cotto is a FAAAAAR more proven than Canelo who won his title fighting a guy who wasnt in ranked in the weight class, for a vacant title....damn that sounds familiar.

Canelo is younger. Stronger. Faster and in his prime. Cotto touched Mayweather. But gave the fight away IMO early. Canelo is better than Cotto...bottom line.

I refuse to believe he took unneccessary punishment for the fans' entertainment. It's never bothered him to win going away and not be exciting. He obviously still had the legs to do it, Cotto wouldn't let him.
