I agree to a certain extent and my use of “numbers” may have been misleading, as I was not necessarily referring to “PPV numbers” but I was referring to “total revenue” numbers.

It seems, to me, that TMT think they can draw regardless of who they fight. I disagree.

Where I don’t totally agree with your statement is that I don’t think all “Cash Cows” need a name opponent to create some hype. There are fighters that can draw even without having a name or well known opponent. For example Canelo vs Hatton, Chaves Jr vs Lee, even Pac vs Clottey. I personally doubt Floyd could get as many asses in seats fighting any of those opponents as those guys did.

As such, there aren’t many names left for Floyd and Khan would be perfect for him since he has such a built in following.

Call me crazy, but I actually think Khan's speed, aggressiveness, and style will present a very tough matchup for Floyd.. Floyd has never fought anybody with the speed of Khan; perhaps maybe Mosley? I'm not saying Khan will win, but it definitely will not be a walk in the park for Floyd.. It may just bring out a side of Floyd we haven't seen in years. I'm all for this fight
