It would have to be an all Golden Boy card or an all Top Rank card, cuz we all know they don't mix/match. With that said, it would likely be GB being that they have a better stable of fighters and do business with Mayweather. For it to be a 100 PPV, it would have to feature Mayweather. And it would have to be on Cinco de Mayo weekend or Sep. 16th weekend, cuz historically, those are the biggest PPV dates. With that said, a realistic card that could get 'em close to a 100 PPV price tag would be something like this:

Mayweather vs Khan (if he should beat Alexander impressively)
    Canelo vs Quillin
    Broner vs Garcia/Lucas winner
Mares (if he avenges against Jhonny) vs Santa Cruz
    Ortiz vs Guerrero

That's about as good a realistic card they can do in the foreseeable future. Don't think it's worth 100 bucks though, maybe 85 for HD.

Probably Mayweather vs. Pacquiao could get a 100$ price tag

When you add that to more than an hundred for your monthly cable bill it adds up fast.

For a card listed above its worth the $100. But after Mayweather and Pacquiao are gone out of the sport of boxing it will be the death of PPV as we know it. There isn't anybody close that is a PPV star so you can't charge the ridiculous price of $100 for a good main event and 3 crappy undercard fights.

2 years, possibly. If mayweather keeps winning I could see his 5th and 6th fight for $100 bucks.
