Bayless and Weeks are both excellent referees. I don't see how people would rather have a ref that lets a fighter get beaten to a pulp until he's "dead".

If Matthysse/Garcia turns out to be a hell of a close fight, there could be a rematch in the works.

Nah man, Smoger knows when to stop a fight, and has stopped fights when it was necessary. As much as I appreciate refs that err on caution, I also appreciate Smoger's judgement in stopping a fight just before its too much.
