A change of plans for former world champion Humberto Soto. The boxer will still return on September 28th at the Centennial Stadium in Los Mochis, Sinaloa - but he won't be facing Ali Chebah (35-2, 28 KO's). Instead, Soto (61-8-2, 35 KO's) will be involved in a hometurf war with Mahonri Montes (28-2-1, 21KOs) for the WBC's International Silver junior welterweight title.
