Come on, Manny's destruction in the lower divisions which included him being an under dog to two of the best fighters in those weights (Ledwabo and Barrera) are better than anything Floyd did pre-140-154. Add to that Manny's wins over prime Marquez, a good version of Morales, a better version of Cotto and Hatton, not to mention a few other solid wins to buffer his resume. How can anyone even think of stating Floyd as the best?

For those of you who are new to the sport or simply don't know ****, boxing isn't all about how many times you make your opponent miss, it's about who you fight when it really mattered, how many greats you beat, no matter how many people say you can't/ It's about titles and domination. It's about HOFers and ATGs.

Heck since moving up to 140-147, Mnany has fought almost all the names Floyd has, beaten better versions in Cotto and Hatton and done so much more impressively. Manny was an ATG before his move to lightweight, since then he is in the upper echelon of the sport. But Hopkins is still the best I've ever seen in my life time.

We already went over this, surprised it doesnt ring bells. He's not talking about some WBO trinket, but the BWAA FOTD award.

And Manny has been doing a lot for his legacy fighting fighters coming off losses. Your delusional.

Both are legit champs @ 154 why a CW? I can see if one was a 154 and was 147 or 140 or other and to make the fight happen they would have to meet somewhere. But if both are Champs at 154 and Floyd beat a legit 154 with NO CW...then why should it be at a CW. Makes no ***ing sense. :AYWOoD:

Have to disagree with most things you say. I'm not sure if Ledwabo and a very war torn Barrera is better than Castillo and Corrales to be honest, not at all.

Better version of Hatton? I don't think so. A weight drained Cotto? No thanks. I don't buy it.

With regards to the bold, actually it has a whole lot do with it. The art of pugilism is exactly an art of hitting and not getting hit.
