I think you are greatly under estimating Guerrero and over estimating Margarito.

Maybe Guerrero > Marg in a p4p sense, but we're not talking p4p. We're talking h2h where Guerrero is not an intimidating welter, unless you're Berto but you're not really safe from any fringe contender then.

Ok, numb nuts. How about throwing a good punch for starters? I think gurrero is a good dude, but as a fighter, he's b-level on a good day. A win over him is nothing to get excited about. Slow, soft punching, but durable.

Guerrero wouldn't be worse than even money to beat prime Margarito, and it would be an excellent fight to bet on.

Guerrero has better boxing skills than Margarito ever had, and is tough as hell. Those qualities would give Margarito big problems. I wouldn't expect Guerrero to break as easily as Cotto or Cintron.

What quality guy did Margarito just mash on? He always won the hard way and I think Guerrero would go exactly the same Ghost starts fast gets a lead and Margarito slowly grinds him down. From there it really depends it could go like the Williams fight, or possibly the Clottey fight or even the Cotto fight.
