C'mon guys, he's supposed to promote this fight and make it an exiting and a competitive one, what is he supposed to do?, say that Canelo has virtually no chance, so ppv's buy rete drop?, if anything, give props to Oscar de la Hoya for giving us excellent fights when he was a top fighter and give him props to him for making GBP and giving us today exellent fights, we (the fans) like.

Almost sure you like more GBP and Showtime than Top Rank and HBO, they putting the biggest fights right now, props to Mayweather too for makin the smartest move of moving to Showtime, This has been a terrific year for boxing for the fans, thank you Oscar, Schaefer, Haymon, Floyd for makin this huge fights.

I know the dude sometimes opens his mouth bad, and has made mistakes on the past, but the dude is a hell of a promoter, so give him his props.

De La Hoya expects Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (42-0-1, 30KOs) to provide a much tougher challenge on September 14th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

You would think a man with Oscar's boxing experience would be able to make a profound statement per the sport once in a while, instead of coming off like a redundant buffoon.

HBO Boxing has been great this year and their run from September 28 to November 23 will be unprecedented.

Oscar and Victor Ortiz are very much alike. It's like whenever they open up their mouths, you can tell right away that they're bull*****ting.

Hmmm. I wonder if it has anything to do with him promoting the fighters that have been facing Floyd for the past 6 years?
