Do those stats take in to consideration the quality of opposition, i could land 99/100 jabs on my granny does that mean i have the greatest jab?

No, that question is subjective. Now to something more objective - Canelo landed 93 out of 232 jabs against Mosley while Floyd landed 85 out of 210. Pretty much the same percentage.

Nobody considers Mayweathers jab as a strong point, so that's evidence that Canelo's isn't all that good.

you listed floyds numbers against 4 future hall of famers,4 world champions and a 3 division champion

against Canelos 1 world champ a 40 year old hall of famer coming off of 2 loses and a draw and the rest are nobodies

Mayweather does 90% of is work behind a body jab. I don't like the guy, but he is very effective with it.
