Cotto was Mayweather's last opponent at junior middleweight. On September 14th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Mayweather will head up to a catch-weight of 152-pounds to face Canelo for his WBC/WBA junior middleweight titles.

The questions Chicken Floyd asks himself shows he doesn't know ****( to use his terminology) about boxing. Without hugging and hand holding this wimp gets KTFO by Castillo, Cotto, Canelo and maybe a few others.

The same guy who cries about not getting enough credit for wins goes saying his opponent will be easy before even setting foot in the ring with him.

I feel like Mayweather might be underestimating an opponent for the first time in a long time. His time doesn't seem to know what to expect from Canelo in this fight.

Mayweather Sr. has been quoted saying Mayweather Jr. should press the action this fight, which in my opinion would be a terrible gameplan against Canelo who's very good at fighting in the clinch and fighting on the ropes.

And comparing Cotto to Canelo is like day and night. What leads him to believe he'll be easeir. Canelo is extremly skilled and stable. He bigger and will hit alot harder then Cotto.

I don't know but Floyd doesn't seem to be focused on the task at hand. Just my two cents.

I don't think mayweather believes anything that he's saying is just one of the last attempts to get inside canelo's head cause nothing seems to have work up until now. Is cotto stronger no, does he have more experience yes, is he one of the most heartless fighters in his era yes. I wonder what Floyd will try to pull in the press conference

some of you people need to keep in mind that canelos victory over trout is similar to a rap battle were one was a rhyme master and the other was a story teller the story might have got the crowd pumped up but he didn't even rhyme ... i still feel trout outworked him.... .. canelo might have a punchers chance being the stronger guy but floyd runs like a little b. i t c h and no that is not defense its the work of a ballerina
