Question why was Hopkins-Stevenson turned down by HBO yet Stevenson-Cloud approved?

          HBO doesn't want to lose a world title to GBP/Showtime.

          Look at how GBP locked up a 3 fight option plus a rematch clause on Jhonny. They want to keep that belt in their camp so Donaire/Mikey/Rigo, etc. can get their hands on it.

          Now they can get Mares and Russell title shots.
