3rd? Objectively, he isn't even in the top 30. Putting Floyd 3rd is spitting at boxing history.

Hagler vs Mayweather?
Mayweather couldn't stop Marquez.
The fuck is he going to do against a 160 pound Hagler?
There are simple mismatches through boxing history to relegate the next persons ranking of another's null and void.
This isn't a knock on FMJ, by the way.
But in no fucking alternate universe is Mayweather big enough to mess with that.

ATG and P4P lists are a waste of time and of zero value. They only exist in peoples minds. People who are all fallible to bias.
They can never be deemed as fact nor measured with scientific certainty and are therefore merely nothing more than the results of a popularity survey.

these 'greatest' voted rankings will always favor current or recent fighters over those from past eras simply because many will not have seen them fight --MW so high doesn't surprise me though -- has only had 2-3 fights that have been even remotely competitive -- maybe has lost a total of 20 rounds at most in his entire career -- overall quality of opposition not so great compared to guys like Leonard, Duran, Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson etc. though -- but in terms of all around skill level and durability, he should rank among the all time greats -- putting exact numeric rankings of this type is an exercise in futility but MW definitely should be in anyone's top group

Seeing Joe at #10 had me laughing, though to be honest I think Floyd at #3 is a bit high but he is on his way there regardless I don't care what anyone says. He's moved up a lot of weight divisions and rarely even challenged (Castillo/Oscar/Cotto) won each fight and is still going. If he beats Canelo if someone had him at #10 I wouldn't hate I think he is top 25 definitely right now.
