Matthysse's boxing is a little underrated, although I think Danny is the more sound boxer. But Matthysse wouldn't be totally out classed boxing Danny. That counter right hand over the jab that put Dallas Jr to sleep was class.

Lucas does have some solid fundamentals, it would be more than stup1d not to recognize that.

Look how he came into the Judah fight when a lot of ppl thought he was a crude puncher like Maidana.

When he faught lucas, he was younger, when he faught danny he was
            A 7 -1 underdog.

takes alot more skills than leaning/jumping back or ducking one punch while moving away from your opponent, you can believe that

The guy in your avatar is what you're trying to describe and Matthysse is no where near that. "Slick" absolutely not. JMO
Stop trying so hard dude. He said slick for a pressure fighter. In other words, he's no Rios or Margarito. Get it now?

Judah won like 2 rounds vs Danny, just like every other elite fighter he fought, but he hit Matthysse with one counter uppercut and he was shell shocked, probably made him think of some of those whippings Maidanna handed him back in his amateur days.

I know right? people in here (self appointed boxing fans) continue to underestimate Mathysse's boxing abilities, even when he show them wrong in those fights with alexander and Judah, fight that in my opinion he won. People here is always trying hard to downgrade him to a mere puncher slogger, when he has shown patience and a great deal of accurasy and even a good scence of counter-punching abilities, abilities that will get him to vitory come Sep 14.

I put all of my points on Mathysse.....any one interested?

The odds released for Garcia v Matthysse at Bet365 opened on July 22 with Matthysse -275 and Garcia +200.
                    I wonder why.

I think both guys are underrated boxers. Great, great matchup. Quite possibly the best matchup this year.
