Most people would have given Gonzalez a hell of a lot less of a chance of upsetting Mares than Garcia would have against Mathyssee and you saw what happened there. Anything can happen in Boxing and for you to talk about risking your payday?? While you are at it why don't you just bet your car or all the money you own. Do you know how many people wind up in the streets betting vital money on things like this just because in their mind the see only one scenario and that is their fighter winning. Every year someone comes into vegas with a ton of money and winds up on the street......You may not be betting a ton but you are betting the money you live on. I don't know how much you make thats not my business but a paycheck is a lot of money to lose. Sure I pick Mathysee but I wouldn't be shocked either way. Now bet someone 25 bucks and then buy yourself a nice dinner out if Garcia wins and you won't be shtting bricks and sweating when the fight starts. No one needs that kind of stress.....you can't even enjoy the fight at that point. There is no such thing as ZERO chance to win in the pro ranks at this level.

I'm feeling like Garcia is going to beat Matthysse and it may not be that much of a tough fight either. People are strung out on Matthysse power but there are fighters who have felt his power and got up to go the distance. Garcia is younger, a littel bit bigger, has a tough beard and is a very good counter puncher. I see Garcia having problems with speedy, boxer type guys but he should be able to time Matthysse. All he has to do is keep a jab in Matthysse face and set him up for the left hook. Got a feeling Garcia will be using a lot of his right hand because Matthysse will be focusing on not getting caught with the left like Judah did. This fight is more anticipated for me than the Mayweather fight for sure.

look boy,not every fighter fights the same,judah fights differently than Garcia,you cant compare one fight to another here,what I stated was a fact,all punches that put khan down were on the head/neck,none on the chin,but all this talk and speculation we'll see whos right on night of fight,anything can happen,garcia can once again close his eyes and throw a looping punch praying it lands...it can happen again

It's not always the harder hitter who wins a fight. And to be honest, with 23 cab drivers on his record, I am not sure Lucas hits harder just yet.

I've noticed Mattysse has been in the news with quotes pretty often when we've heard barely anything from Garcia.

Because unlike FerFal and Lucas, Garcia is a silent sociopath...A blank eyed killer who has not yet snapped. He remains dark in his mind...working on his power shots like never before. Lucas..you want power?
