Normally I would automatically blame GBP as they seem to hate dealing with anyone from the "outside". They even low-balled Rosado big time. Simply put, they are very difficult and hate the idea of risking one of their straps unless they cover their behind some other way.
But Murray's team I think have other plans for big domestic fights, so who knows who is to blameComment

You mean the three part video interview that WE SHOT, and found on our site since yesterday. Our writers asked 90% of the questions. His video that he shot was over our writer's shoulder and he only asked two moronic questions like "so is everything is done with Mayweather-Canelo"...LOLComment

Schaefer always tells one side of the story and tries to make everyone else look incompetent for choosing not to do the things the way he wants. He really didn't WANT an opponent outside GBP, so he made look like it was due to someone else's shortcoming. What a chode.Comment

Schaeffer is a total c*nt hair it's true butt the fact of the matter is he is putting together the kind of fights the past few months that boxing has consistently failed to deliver over the past few years.
Contrast that with Hatton Promotions which hasn't done j@ck **** as far as I can tell except divert money into a coke and booze fund for it's namesake.
Murray made probably 100-150k for Sturm and probably marginally more to go to Argentina. Other than that he probably hasn't made much more than 50k in any other fight.
Considering he is 0-1-1 in his two biggest fights (although he performed admirably I admit) the fact remains he hasn't won any of them and has very little leverage in any negotiation for demanding more money than he has already made.
I don't see any logical reason Murray or Hatton Promotions should expect a better payday to fight Quillin in the UK than he got fighting Sturm in Germany or Martinez in Argentina.Comment

Are you mentally ******ed? ****** question. How can you compare Golden Boy Promotions to Hatton Promotions given the differences in the size of their stables and the resources available plus how long they've been going. What kind of spastic comparison is that to even make?Schaeffer is a total c*nt hair it's true butt the fact of the matter is he is putting together the kind of fights the past few months that boxing has consistently failed to deliver over the past few years.

Why are you so angry and hateful all the time? Is it small **** syndrome? Or maybe that all your hair fell out by the time you were 30?Comment

i usually feel gbp wants to put together the best fights but if they expect the fighters to take less money to make it happen then they won't always get their way. if they wanted options on murray and his promoter doesn't agree then I'm not gonna bash the Hatton CEO for that. Shaefer is probably just making this comment out of frustration because he is having trouble finding Quillen a dancing partner. it's no secret GBP has a gaping hole in terms of MW talent outside of Peter & JacobsComment
