Normally I would automatically blame GBP as they seem to hate dealing with anyone from the "outside". They even low-balled Rosado big time. Simply put, they are very difficult and hate the idea of risking one of their straps unless they cover their behind some other way.
But Murray's team I think have other plans for big domestic fights, so who knows who is to blame

Schaefer always tells one side of the story and tries to make everyone else look incompetent for choosing not to do the things the way he wants. He really didn't WANT an opponent outside GBP, so he made look like it was due to someone else's shortcoming. What a chode.

Schaeffer is a total c*nt hair it's true butt the fact of the matter is he is putting together the kind of fights the past few months that boxing has consistently failed to deliver over the past few years.
Contrast that with Hatton Promotions which hasn't done j@ck **** as far as I can tell except divert money into a coke and booze fund for it's namesake.
Murray made probably 100-150k for Sturm and probably marginally more to go to Argentina. Other than that he probably hasn't made much more than 50k in any other fight.
Considering he is 0-1-1 in his two biggest fights (although he performed admirably I admit) the fact remains he hasn't won any of them and has very little leverage in any negotiation for demanding more money than he has already made.
I don't see any logical reason Murray or Hatton Promotions should expect a better payday to fight Quillin in the UK than he got fighting Sturm in Germany or Martinez in Argentina.
