Xylocaine is only legal in vegas .
A certain fighter uses xylocaine very often.
Xylocaine does not work like you think or heard about. Because, let's just be honest, you don't know **** about it and you think it's true because you read it on some forum, written by some angry kid. He does not use Xylocaine as it's useless for that specific purpose.
"Suppose Pacquiao hadn’t gotten up, ever, after being knocked out by Marquez? Suppose he had lapsed into a coma and died? Or suffered serious irreversible brain damage?
To repeat; I’m unaware of evidence proving the proposition that Juan Manuel Marquez has used illegal PEDs."
He doesn't have any evidence that Juan use illegal PED's, yet he is STRONGLY inferring that he did.
Beautifully written article!! Honestly for the past few years i've felt the government should've stepped into the boxing game to regulate it. I have a background in Cycling which isn't a high paying career for most but if boxers are anything like cyclists then rampant use is very accurate...and it won't cost you much at all...at first. Any sport that allows testing to be negotiated, any sport that allows promoters to decide what drugs get tested for exclusively...I can't call a clean sport. I will say that some of these guys probably don't even know they have shhh in their systems in a few cases...if you are an athlete and some nutritionist wants to put you on "ANY" supplement pay the few hundred bucks and send it to a lab first.
As I've often noticed, you are one of the few common-sense posters on this site.

He's neither inferring nor implying. He is pointing out that many fighters are sure that Marquez is on PEDS and the possibilities as well as the likely path that prosecution and penalties would take. He has researched into it..
