What's more disturbing about that comment is that he actually missed the head gear.

The fact that his hands break less is because of Rafael Garcia. Also, senior changed around some of the workout regimen. That was fully employed against Robert and floyd looked beyond fine to me.

Is he getting older? Yes. Is he at his prime physical condition? No but the man is 36, just sparred and spanked someone probably ten years younger than him and dude was light middleweight. For 21 minutes might I add. Our standards for floyd are unrealistically high in many instances. This is one of them.

I'm not basing it soley off that.

He's always had hand issues but as far as I'm aware I don't recall him "Not hitting his sparring partners hard to save his hands for the fight".

He's been a pro 17 years been fighting at the top level 16 years.

        He has back problems.

He's clearly in a state of decline.

Floyd's hands have been a problem for a while, I forget which 24/7 it was where he has to do the hand therapy. At the same time, it can all be a game, just showing what he wants for the cameras especially when he doesn't show the sparring sessions. As Larry Merchant said before, Floyd is the king of being a ring general, and boxing has important aspect for the mental game.

Is Rafael Garcia the new street name for xylocaine?

The Carlos Hernandez fight when he hurt his hand, it was pretty bad because he was fighting mostly southpaw the next two rounds and barely threw the right.

When he said that, I was like what? So I found this video of Floyd, it's less than a week old.

You can't do this with a bad back.

I have an Ab Slide, I can do it, but you feel the burn while doing it.
