        Not defending yourself properly when hurt is an example of a bad habit. This is the first time I can remember Mares looking hurt, and he didn't react correctly.

            In this particular fight Mares showed sheer negligence by not properly defending from the very start -- Mares got hit flush by a wide left hook; beginners are taught that kind of left hook: it starts as it's going to hit the body but it changes it's trajectory and goes for the chin...
