Obviously by draining himself. Of course, fighting three times a year in 2011 and 2012 would have forced him to keep his weight down in between fights. Guy's like this need to be fighting, on average, three times a year.

I don't know what it is about this kid's face that makes me want to beat the crap out of him. I'd honestly pay money to be able to box him in the ring. The funny thing is I like Chavez, but his face makes me want to punch him.
