Lol Taylor and Dawson were bums now? I like Kovalev but he doesn't have the resume as those two guys. Kovalev has been Campillo and Cleverly, not exactly world class.

Now as a Hopkins fan I'm realistic - he turns 49 in four months, meaning if he does fight Kovalev after Murat he will be 49 years old. That's just insane.

You have to keep him off of you and make him pay when he comes forward. This is something Andre Ward can do, but I don't know if Hopkins still has the energy to do that effectively for 12 rounds.

There aren't too many guys at 175 I would pick over Hopkins but Kovalev will not fight Hopkin's fight. He will not let Hopkins fight at the slow pace he is use too, nor will he allow Hopkins to hold all night either.
