Mares IMO is nowhere an elite boxer. Why is there a ton of hype regarding this guy? People act like he dominated PDL but I disagree. He was unimpressive in that fight. A one handed PDL was wearing Mares down and hitting him repeatably with his left hand tot he body and head.

Yeah he was so unimpressive that he is only the 2nd person to stop him, something Broner couldn't do. Broner is the one with th hype. No one expected Mares to stop PDL.
