cotto and margarito negotiations have no bearing on cotto manny negotiations nor the jmm/manny fight.

Cotto turning down the CW rematch led Manny to fight JMM a 4th time after saying "I have nothing more to prove with JMM". This led to where we are now with JMM using whatever he can to get the money he wants.
