you mean after the second fight? because pac wanted an immediate rematch after the first fight (a fight which pac should have won if it wasn't for that one incompetent judge), but marquez and his team were asking for too much money..and it's funny that marquez ended up fighting in indonesia for peanuts against chris john only to lose lol....and pac rematched marquez a year after the 3rd fight...

but yes pac did make marquez wait after the 2nd fight..only because pac's career skyrocketed after he beat oscar...so can't blame pac for chasing the bigger fights at the higher weightclasses..

JMM destroyed Pac already. It's time for both guys to go after some new blood. Do we really need a 5th fight?

JMM wanted too much money? So manny and his team made an offer lower than what JMM wanted knowing it would get turned down.

I know a fighter who manny fans said did that to Manny and therfore consider it a duck move. But thats for another thread.

I have no problem with Pac making as much as he can. Just don't get mad when JMM does same.

I may just be too dull to understand this, but how exactly does a fighter avoid someone they've already fought 4 times...?

by not wanting to fight him...the moment that fighter he fought 4 times asks for testing

marquez and co. were asking for much more money than what either guy got in the first fight..and pac wasn't that big of a superstar back then...neither guy was.

and it's funny that they were asking for so much money to rematch pac but ended up fighting in indonesia for peanuts lol....talk about poor decision making.

Seems like he is clearly ducking a competitive fight
Putting someone to sleep, making his wife and kids cry and then later himself cry because if it, isn't being "down in the series".

It's over, he knocked Pac out cold, he got the best of him. JMM > Pac it's over, deal with it and move on in your life.

JMM took a risk and he blew it. No one to blame but himself. Then he got a 4th fight because Manny and his team tried to CW Cotto again and he turned them down.

This time JMM got the KO victoy and Manny has no better option. I think JMM realizes he made a tactical business error and is doing it differently this time.

how many of these threads are we going to have? If anything he has the upper hand in negotiations now. And he's making it CLEAR that he doesn't NEED the fight.
