Victor Ortiz. He comes off a mayweather fight to get his jaw broken by then unheralded josesito lopez. Considering thats all he's done with that launchpad opportunity I'd say he didn't reach expectations. He had the look of a fighter with all the tools but just can't put them all together.Comment
