He admits he ducked Cleverly because the fight was offered in the UK, yet he offered to fight Froch in the UK. Which is it B-Hop?

Unless he intends to fight Kovalev, Hopkins shouldn't speak him in this way.

You saying Bernard was scared of Cleverly and not Froch? How would that make sense? I think Froch would also beat Cleverly.

****** comparison, Froch is on some guys top 10 P4P list, the consensus number 2 guy @ super middle, plus is well known in the US, plus he's one of the UK's biggest boxing stars. So I would assume the $$ would be a lot better vs Froch than cleverly. Plus like BHop said which is a fact, who is cleverly and who has he beaten to demand BHop fight in the UK?? I think that's a fair question

It's not a comparison, it's what he said, his words.

In this article he says "why would I go to another man's country to fight him? That's a desperate move" yet not only has he done it before, he offered to do it recently. The 'he hasn't done anything' isn't in quotes.

I'd guess Bernard does do some things that would let him know when he no longer can do it at the elite level. Maybe he'd find out one day in sparring...

Being a fan, part of me doesn't want to see him face Kovalev. The guy seems pretty good. It sure would be interesting, though.

Thank you for the English lesson there DigitalBest. Comedy doesn't necessarily translate well into text unfortunately. No doubt Lebedev would destroy me, he outweighs me at least by over 50 pounds I'm sure. I think I can get on some PEDs though and at the very least land 5% of my power shots before being KO'd.

There's also an article that says Hop, show time and GBP are ready to defend against Murat...... Then Kovalev becomes mandatory and it says that "show time nor GBP are interested in this matchup" .....

Then once Kovalev chose cleverly...... Show time/GBP are interested in Murat again....

Oh there's also an article on here where around the time Kovalev become mandatory Bernard himself said In his own words

"Kovalev should go to Europe and fight cleverly, and I can fight Stevenson then if Kovalev wins, next year we can have a huge unification fight after we let the fight build a bit"
