    Is Canelo's inactivity a myth?

The critics suspect stamina issues and say he fights in bursts.

But in his fights against Hatton and Rhodes, he was able to let off around 650 shots in each respective fight.

Now Cotto only threw just over 500 shots against Mayweather...

And Castillo threw 506 in their first fight...

I think Canelo boxed a calculated fight against Trout, and perhaps because of Trouts style, and the open scoring him coast...

I think if Canelo can get off 500-600 punches off, he could give Mayweather a very good fight. Don't forget, he has decent power, speed and accuracy...

    Is Canelo's inactivity exaggerated?

He needs a sitting target to get off.

              No, I wasn't implying a comparison sir

I understand the Mayweather will reduce Canelo's work, but I just wondered if his inactivity was exaggerated when he has been able to let off 650 shots over 12 rounds. He obviously has it in him, no?

In the Trout fight he took entire rounds where he just stood there and held his guard up...did jack ****..his stamina is a huge issue, why?because he has to loose so much to make 154,he is not a small guy and the older he gets the harder it will be to make 154

I can't remember that fight too well

But I had that exact impression of him against Trout

If he ONLY GOT 650 AGAINST MATTHEW HATTON..cut that in half so we are looking at 325 against an elite defensive fighter like Floyd
