Lara is the only guy with the style to beat him JWW-JMW
if Floyd doesn't face him he won't lose again until he quits
he isn't as worn as most near 40 yr olds normally are
he always keeps in shape and has taken minimal in ring damage
there's no opponents around him that can fuck with him now
Lara flat out beats Floyd? You think so? I'm a Lara fan, I think he's the most skilled 154 guy out there, but Lara's a boxer, you aint winning no boxing match with Floyd.

Unless your bigger than floyd and lara would have the size advantage,,

same size, nobody outboxes floyd,,, nobody,,

lara might be able to, just because of size,,,

not flat out, would favor Floyd
but would hardly be shocked if Lara beat him
he has power, skill, and speed at a weight he's better at than Floyd
that's the one JMW Floyd wouldn't take care of handily
even if Floyd did win, it would be close and he wouldn't look good
likely a boring fight if ever made, but one Lara can definitely win

c'mon.... you think lara would stand a chance against floyd???

lara gets hit easily.... the best in that division by a mile is canelo....

canelo is clearly the toughest fight out there for floyd.....

He will be an elite fighter for many years if he wants to be but to be THE ELITE fighter that is unbeatable 2-3 years.

power? c'mon.... he had a blueprint to knock out paul williams and couldn't do it.... hit williams a 100 times with the same shot that martinez knocked him out with..... he won the fight (even though he lost), but i didn't see the 'power'...

biggest thing he has going for him? southpaw stance.....

floyd wouldn't take that fight for a few reasons....

0 fanbase.... and why take the risk??? and that's not to say that lara's some great fighter.... but when you're fighting a guy who's bigger than you, is a southpaw... there better be a financial incentive......

                      and there clearly isn't.
