It may be his last meaningful fight, Darren Barker who's an actual titleholder at middleweight wouldn't fight him for 300k. Curtis Stevens has a name to add to GGG's resume (kinda)

Stevens > Ishida, Proska, Mora am i the only one that thinks that?

All three of them had more name value than Stevens.

Ishida had that Kirklan win and fought both Pirog and Williams
Proksa wasn't a big name in the States, but one in Europe who destroyed Sylvester... also had that hands down style.
Mora, dude's a former world champ and the last to beat Vernon Forrest, people forget that. Yea he fights ugly but dude has paid his dues.

Only person I see Stevens beating is Ishida and that's if he gets him out quick and Ishida is still fragile

Dude makes like 20k a fight on NBC. Besides being from Brooklyn, is there any other reason to get paid more than 10 times his worth?
Only other reason is K2 was bluffing and they really don't have any viable opponents.

Anytime a man risks his life and health to step in the boxing ring, he deserves to be paid well. He will get paid whatever they pay him and the promoter will still make a significant profit.

I wouldn't be surprised if Stevens KO's Golovkin, not because Stevens is that good, but because Golovin is highly overated by those, like you and the suits at HBO, who cater to the caveman style of fighting -- standing in the middle of the ring and clubbing each other until one man gets knocked out.

Dont say its to much money because its still a hbo main event,imo 300k isnt enough money to fight a boxer puncher like GGG , this guy stuns and cuts guys with his jab, i wouldnt fight him for 500k.

Btw i rather take 100k and fight quillin than 500k to fight ggg thats how much better he is from the rest of middleweights right now.
