The fights right before Floyd were both KO wins over Margo and Mayorga , those 2 wins scared the fck out of Manny LOL , this was when Shane was begging for a fight with Manny at the crazy weight of 142 and they ducked Shane openly with Roach saying " your too good Shane " , that is until Floyd beat him and Mora made him look shot and up jumped the hero Manny , ok Shane , we will fight you now and the weight don't matter and I will be the first to KO Mosley , yeah right LOL and you wanna say Shane was done with Floyd well he must have been a dead man walking with Manny because it was 2 1/2 years from his last win .

Crks me up when Pac ******s says Floyds common opponents were worse than when Manny fought them when Floyds version were bigger and first and undefeated , the skewed logic of Mannys kiddie fanboys is laughable .

Any version of Margarito could of showed up that night and it would have been the exact same outcome, and you know that whether you'd like to admit it or not. It was in January of 09, but were not gonna act as if Mosley wasn't training like a beast for his scheduled showdown with Berto. Shane was in shape and still good, definitely past his prime, but still good. I as well as every other writer had Shane as the #1 welter weight in the world at the time the fight took place.
