it's a good question. he's a solid 140 lber. there's no doubt of that. at 147 he's not going to be a monster, but he'll won't be completely outgunned because of a weak chin, not enough power, or being too short of arm.

Garcia's not built for 147 at all. He's in an even worse position than Miguel Cotto was at 147, which would be that he's an in-between guy. Too big for this division, too small for that division. No way does his punching power carry to 147. He'll only get slower as he moves up.
