I think most contemporary boxers at the highest level of the sport have dabbled in PEDs at some point. The high rewards are too tempting at the elite level despite the high risk that comes with it.

Most would use PEDs. Holyfield, Morrison, Haye and Wladimir are 3 that immediately come to mind.
