Third judge scored it 14-13 barker. I know what your saying though

Most of the rounds were so tight could of gone either way

I think barkers none stop aggression swung for the judges

Good scrap wouldn't mind seeing a rematch

      Come at me bro.
Maybe I'm still caught in the aftershocks, but I'm not going to argue. This might be my FOTY upon further consideration.

Getting up from a body shot like he took is worth major respect, regardless of whether he ended up winning or not. You hear boxers who have taken those types of shots mention all the time how those shots turn your body off, and he managed to stand and end the round stunning Geale. Incredible.

Well done Barker..very good fight. Gruelling also, both guys were running on empty towards the end.

I fancied Barker to win a close decision, that was really close though. I had Barker winning by 1. Showed a big heart getting up from that body shot.

There were some exciting rounds but overall I didn't think it was such a great fight, very sloppy at times. I don't know why Geale stopped going to the body in the late rounds. I think he edged it but it was extremely close so no complaint.

Barker can have an easy defense but then he needs to fight GGG early next year, while Martinez fights his tune up. Then we'll probably have a GGG/Martinez showdown for almost all the marbles. Meanwhile, Quillin will continue to fight B level guys on undercards...

Good one for barker but he will lose the belt next fight with either GG , Martinez, Chavez or even sturm no doubt.

I had picked randomly and rooted for Barker I only hoped the scores cards weren't ridiculous because it was a close competitive fight but he was more active and actually rallied back from the vicious body shot few get up from. 'And new!' Like hearing those words to a well deserved fighter. Props to Geale for bringing it he deserves a rematch.

Barker getting warned for being on the RECEIVING END of a low blow was one of the funniest moments of referee incompetence I can recall lolololol.
And while it's not a FOTY like some have been suggesting, it's a career win for Barker, what a gutsy display to come back after tasting the canvas the way he did.
