Neither will fight him any time soon.
GGG would be favored to beat both. But Macklin? GTFOH

And guys like Broner who are willing to jump two divisions in order to find at least a top 10 contender. One starts to think what the hell is GGG doing even acknowledging that this clown that got beat by Jessie friggin' Brinkley even exist.
Rigondeaux got paid a career high 750K for his fight with donaire.
GGG got paid a career high 340K for his fight against macklin.

If GGG is as hyped as you say, why does he make so little?

I don't keep up with fighters' salaries. Not really my thing. But following boxing for 2+ decades I've often fought that the better the opposition, the bigger the fight generally equals a bigger purse. Rigo was fighting the reigning FOTY and consensus P4P top 5. GGG's best opponent has been Macklin. I reckon if he sttarts fighting guys worth a ****, his purses will improve.

I thought you guys told me Stevens was ducking GGG. Oh well, battle of the hype jobs. I got GGG inside of 5 if Curtis tries to show Gennady that he can hit harder Lmao. But it will be interesting to see how GGG takes Stevens punch. Don't care who wins, someone's hype will die, and the others will be a little more warranted. But I am picking Gennady, Curtis is just a little too small in stature.

Stevens beats both Geale and Barker. So does GGG. Stevens beats Macklin as well. I think it's a good fight between two hype jobs so that one of them can finally start backing up their hype. Of course, GGG hype is bigger.

Even though I think Golovkin is going to wipe the floor with Stevens in under 4 rounds, Stevens does not deserve to be called a bum. He is not an elite fighter, but he is a good fighter, and would have all of us clowns in here on ***** street within 30 seconds.

Is Stevens an Ideal opponent for GGG? Not really, but he does have a slight outside chance of landing something big. Golovkin wanted to fight again in November and the only 2 available opponents was Stevens and Mora. And considering these 2, I would pick Stevens as an opponent every day of the week over Mora. At least the Stevens fight promises fireworks instead of a fight of spoiling and grappling.
