Danny Garcia dominated both Erik Morales and Zab Judah. As a matter of fact he floored them both for a combined three times with one of them coming by way of KO.

Remember typically, Zab is a fast starter but came on strong later in that fight, due to Garcia's; Who is typically a slow starter, fast start in the earlier rounds which threw off Judah's timing. However, by the tenth round, Zab seem to find his rhythm and appeared to hurt Danny for the first time in the bout which forced Garcia to start backing up.

I'll say this one thing though. If Danny Garcia start faster in his fight against Lucas Matthysse like he did against Judah then he'll stand a much better chance of winning than if he let's Lucas get off to fast start.

I don't think Lucas will get off to a fast start. He's never done so in any matches I've seen, atleast not the very first round.

Typically, he starts fast in the first three rounds of each fight.

Garci arguably lost his first fight vs Morales. A lot of people had it a draw or Morales winning. And there's a reason why Judah started off slow, he was 36 years old coming off a 1 year layoff. How convenient was Garcia's rib "injury" huh?

But I agree with most of your post tho.

true true, can't argue with that, I think he works depending the pace of the fight/opponent though, if Danny jumps on him early it could work in Matthysse's favour, but I do also agree the time window is shallow, and in the first 2/3 rounds are Danny's best chances to make an impression on Lucas, it's a double edged sword, and it's stuff like this that makes the fight interesting

The biggest difference between Garcia and Alexander/Judah... Footspeed, Garcia is as flatfooted as they come
yeah I never thought about the footspeed of Danny definitely flatfooted.tyat might be Danny's downfall

And he has that right hand. He also fights harder than Matthyse.

Also Peterson might have been on steroids until he got caught.
According to compubox they're about equal in accuracy but Matthysse gets hit 6% less. Interestingly though Garcia is in the Top 8 boxers who's opponents hit them the least with power shots and Matthysse throws an average of 46 power shots per round, placing him in the top 6 power punch throwers yet his connect percentage isn't in the top ten. I see Danny striking him like a cobra in his typical anticlimatic fashion with that GARSH, leaving the Matthysse groupies heartbroken just like Khan fans after he did the stanky leg.

"The GARSH is a wrecking ball indeed. It knows no flash...Subtle in its delivery and able to separate men from their faculties...The GARSH is mysterious not unlike the mind of a ******ed child, watching the world from a corner in his room. The GARSH in all of its mystique, shall come center stage in the time of Autumn...A time when leaves began to fall and the winter cold begins to whisper... And he, the silent one from below the equator, He too shall begin to fall. ~Nostradamus 4th Quartrain
