Time for Frank Warren to retire

All those years...he's 26 and he has fought 3 top 10 light-heavies (more than Kovalev).
It's not Warren's fault everyone else turned Cleverly down.
I'd rep you if I could. Good post. Why because he put his fighter in a real fight?
I am a old man and i remember when unbeaten would only mean you are just starting your career or you have not fought anyone.
Now it still means the same but when you got that "0" now it comes with a whole lot of unearned hype.
Thats what is wrong with the game now and why it is so shocking and rare to get two fighters who can really fight willing to fight each other.
Kudos to Frank for being a real promoter, sometimes you win sometimes you lose but real fighters always take that chance and think nothing of it because either way they know they will be better from the experience.
Also, Warren took this fight because it was a sizeable payday for his fighter who wanted the fight.Last edited by Weebler I; 08-17-2013, 06:25 PM.Comment

Frank seems to be an absolute **** and sues anyone who says ANYTHING that he does not agree with in, in the media. **** him. Eddie Hearn seems to be a MUCH more likeable guy, hes fresh and hes better for the sport. He's making waves in UK Boxing right now.Comment

I don't get how people were picking Cleverly to beat Kovalev and didn't have a problem with the fight being signed cause Clev asked for it, but now that he lost Warren is to blame?Comment

The problem is the lack of decent opposition Warren has previously put CDlev in with. Warren just wanted Calzaghe 2.0Comment
