Good for Floyd. As one poster said, he just shout down Bob's marketing plan for trying to sell Pac fight with Rios. Arum Pac and roach didn't start talking bout Floyd till this contract was signed. He offered Pac 40 million big ones and he turned it down. And isn't it ironic that the same blood test he balked at in 2010, in which he wanted cut off dates, he now is doing with Rios. His fans were crying bloody murder after Marquez made him go night night. Arum is taking Pac to the cleaners. Pac should have left when his contract was up. He doesn't need Arum anymore. He can be a free agent, cut out the middle man and let the money come straight to him. There would have been of shortage of fighters. But I guess he's content in working for the Bob Father. Plus Pac is fighting another cat coming of a loss. At least Floyd takes on those who are coming a big win or are on a winning streak. Why didn't Pac fight Alvarado? Mayweather up front money is more than what Pac gets once everything comes in. I am extremely disappointed by Floyd's allegations. Eventhough he is an excellent boxer , I will never consider him as being a true champions until he fights Pacquiao. Too much noise for nothing has been made. From now on, I say go go go Canelo!

Malignaggi was the next best in the division iirc. Broner couldn't even dominate him years later and he's still hyped up.

Whenever Floyd's spoken about this match up (believe it or not, he used to speak of this matchup quite frequently), he shared my sentiments. I'm inclined to say that he seemed very much so confident.

My point in bringing up Malinaggi is that before Floyd got his hands on Hatton, Rick was supposed to crush guys like Lazcano and Paulie. Like you, I'm a Hatton fan, you can't tell me the Hatton that beat a past it/still decent Castillo, wouldn't have walked through Paulie. Paulie's a tough one, but had Haton never seen Floyd, he'd a done a quicker job on Magic man.
