Felt sorry for Clev when he took the fight in the first place -- the guy is a math teacher... How could he had thought that he has the tools to give Kovalev a decent opposition?Last edited by MDPopescu; 08-17-2013, 06:13 PM.Comment

See? Correcting me was pointless in the first place.
I'll just stop now.Comment

I'm relaxed, I understand it may not be his native language, but he tried to make me look ****** by correcting me in my own language, so I did it back to him x2.
Back on topic anyway, great with for Kovalev, hoping he'll go on and beat up Hopkins.Last edited by T18Z; 08-17-2013, 05:35 PM.Comment

Damn just saw the KO Jesus those were some thunderous punches, Cleverly's legs were jelly. Cleverly has poor defense like most British fighters, he should never have his hands that low against a puncher like Kovalev. Cleverly was being an arrogant brash idiot after those thudding blows, he always struck me as a bit too arrogant, and not in a good way.Comment

I use to have high hopes for Cleverly but after watching him a few times and especially against Bellew I noticed that something was missing from him.
NO Killer Instinct And Very Suspect Defense!
He basically just stayed in the pocket with a guy with a lot of Power, did not have the footwork or skills to Outbox him, it look like he had no strategy I looked like he wanted to try and slug it out with this guy to impress which if that was the case....WAS A ****** STRATEGY!
But I give major props to Kovalev, no he is not a Flawless fighter or none of that he has his weaknesses as well that a Skilled Fighter would be able to expose but at 175 I think he can dominate that Division right now (Until Andre Ward Moves Up At Least). I think he can beat B-Hop, lets be honest B-Hop is not getting any younger, eventually he is going to be forced to retire and I think Kovalev could be the guy that knocks him into it. I think he can beat Stevenson as well!Comment
