As usual, I'm in the minority. Having watched the video several times, there is a case for the final punch being ruled as behind the head. Yes, there were a few solid shots before it and he was on the way down, but assuming that was a behind the head shot as it looks like, that took any chance away of him recovering. I think the lawyer is being smart here. The outcome of the case will be interesting to follow.
