The 51st WBC World Convention in ****kok in November will be a great success, WBC secretary-general Mauricio Sulaiman said yesterday.
Mauricio, WBC president Jose Sulaiman's son, said he was happy with Thailand's preparations for the Nov 3-9 event to be held at ****kok's Centara Grand Hotel.
"We are looking at some details and I am happy so far," he told the ****kok Post.
"We chose Thailand because its contributions to boxing in general and the WBC in particular."
More than 500 participants from 165 member countries are expected to join the event _ the organisation's only convention this year when all important matters will be discussed. [Click Here To Read More]
