Yea, there may be a bit of homecourt advantage, but that's how it is everywhere. And, its the worst in the US. Ppl are just pissed because, the fighter they want to win, doesn't have that edge.

Funny how people only selectively get angry about it.

Choi is a credit to the sport and has done so much for British boxing over the years, it p1ssed me off seeing him get robbed like that. That could of been his break. The scorecards wasn't even close either (not like they should of been; Choi beat the **** out of Simpson)

Another that really annoyed me recently was the stoppage in the Maccarinelli vs McKenzie fight. Was actually impressed with Enzo for once, boxing smart then that happened.

Yea, that was pretty premature IMO.
Also to give Choi 3 rounds is preposterous... you'd have to give every close round to Simpson... and choi would still have 9 rounds

Terry O'Connor would stop a fight if his favorite fighter was being hurt. It's been proven this guy is impartial over and over again. I don't even think he was suspended for that heinus Fury/Mcdermott card.
This guy would stop a fight if the home fighter lands a jab on the gloves

I like both fighters and I sure hope the referee and the judges are fair with no early KO for Cleverly because he landed a few unanswered punches or rocked Kovalev. If there is a ko then somebody should be knocked down, hurt and in trouble.I have seen some really bad KOs in England and I don't trust English referees.

Lol. I can guarantee something ******ed will go down. Kovalev is walking into a set up and I think his team would have known it from the start too. Remember, Cleverly is Warren's golden boy. If he is standing by round 12 (and he does have a good chin), he wins.

Well they're going in there with the intent of knocking him out, don't think they intend it to go to the cards.

Best Case Scenario, we hope for a Khan type fight where he has no choice but to count out the home fighter.

Maybe Kovalev will get the early stoppage. And O'Connor isn't that bad considering he is well into his 100's.

Kovalev better not sneeze, O'Connor might jump in and stop the fight
