Used to be a fan of Groves, but he's been an arrogant little **** this last year. He's fought nobodies and now claims he's at world level. Too much time spent with Haye and Booth...

"nearly" being beaten doesn't mean shit. Knockouts are a part of the game.

And even if we disregard those fights. Froch has still beaten Pascal, Abraham, Johnson, Bute and Kessler in the rematch.

Seems to me that Groves has really pushed on since fiddling his way to that close win over DeGale. I now see in him a fighter with impressive all round skills, physical strength and some serious pop. Confident too. Froch has been in the bear pit so often it may tip things his way but this kid is going to test him good.

Froch is a straight forward British fighter with strong chin and a very effective long jab. In his last fight against Kessler, Carl threw 1064 punches and out-landed Kessie.
Froch is a smart and wellspoken guy and talks a limited amount of trash just in order to hype a particular fight.
Carl is not fast and he needs certain space to use his long arms (that is why he lost to Ward who fought from inside starting with the 4th round). Froch also mentioned that he's beginning to lose his legs...

Agree. But I still pick Groves to win the fight. His style is difficult for someone like Froch.
